Classes on Somatics, Ritual Arts, and Movements:
Reconnecting to our inner honoring system of communication through and with the body is a natural state of being. In these classes students are lead through dream tending, somatics, deep relaxation, journaling, reflection, personal prescription, and the art of moving concepts through the body as cellular re-education. As classes deepen students are led through voice, natural listening to body, and finally given an opportunity to offer their beauty to the nature to whom we belong.
